I made it through day 1. No eating, drank tons of water, no soda or juice.
Jogging - 30 minutes
Brisk Walk - 30 minutes
Daily Work Out - 2 hours
Work (brisk walk) - 5 hours
Didn’t give in at work today! It was one of the hardest things ever. I would see food and soda and ice cream and want to eat, but then I’d pinch myself, look at my perfect tiny co worker, and gulp water down.
I WILL be skinny again. The emptiness in my tummy and the burn in my muscles feel like a huge achievement. Only 1 month until my trip to New York.
